Prenatal massage is a wonderful and safe way to maintain a healthy, pain free body throughout pregnancy. You may choose to lay face down or on your sides, we have many pillows and props to keep you comfortable while our female therapist works on every ache and knot. Additional Prenatal Services

ENERGY HEALING MASSAGE
Each session creates an opportunity for healing and increased awareness of the emotional connection with the physical body. This massage includes tradition hands on massage plus intuitive energy work to bring you to a peaceful, balanced place.

HANDS ON STRETCHING
Let us stretch you out! From the tight to the very flexible, our clients love this treatment. Working hands on, we put your body through a series of stretches, relieving your tight, sore muscles and increasing range of motion. Hands on stretching is perfect to pair with a massage or after a workout.
